Cancellation& Refund Policy.

1. Notice periods at a glance

  • Standard live sessions (most astrology readings): cancellation or rescheduling free of charge up to 72 hours (3 days) before the start time.
  • Birth Time Rectification & all Feng Shui consultations: cancellation or rescheduling free of charge up to 7 days (168 hours) before the start time.

The notice period applicable to each Service is also displayed on the relevant service page and in your booking confirmation.

2. How to cancel or reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule from your account dashboard, or by writing to hello@theatlasofskies.com. The decisive moment is the time at which your request is received, compared to the start time of your session.

3. Refunds

Within the notice period: you receive a full refund of the amount paid, processed by bank transfer to the account you specify.

After the notice period or no-show: the booking is non-refundable, in line with the Terms accepted at checkout.

Cancellation by the Seller: if we have to cancel a session for any reason, we will offer you the choice between rescheduling at no extra cost or a full refund.

4. Digital products

Pre-written digital reports (Monthly and Yearly Predictions) are delivered immediately upon payment. By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for these products, in accordance with Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The Personalised Rising Sign & Planet Placements report is prepared individually. It can be cancelled with full refund only as long as work has not yet started; once preparation has begun, the price is non-refundable.

5. Faulty or undelivered products

If a digital product is not delivered, is corrupted, or materially differs from its description, you are entitled to re-delivery or a full refund. Please contact hello@theatlasofskies.com within 14 days of receipt and we will resolve the issue promptly.

6. Disputes

For any unresolved complaint, Turkish customers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade. EU customers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
