The first session is conducted by video. We walk the premises together — entrance, reception, principal desks, meeting rooms, storage, restrooms, and any sector of the business that produces revenue or risk. We discuss the nature of the business, its ambitions, and the periods over which results are expected.

The directional calculations follow in private. They reveal which sectors should be activated for prosperity, which should be quieted to reduce conflict and unwanted attention, and where the decision-makers are best seated for clarity and authority.

The second session delivers the consultancy: room-by-room recommendations, placement of key personnel, activation schedules tied to the calendar, and answers to whatever specific concerns prompted the consultation.
